Lisa S. Thompson
Founder and CEO

Prior to founding Sturbridge Growth Partners, Lisa was a partner with Deloitte Consulting in their Strategy & Operations practice. She has over two decades of management consulting experience. She and her colleagues have helped clients drive billions of dollars in profitable revenue through better commercial practices (marketing, pricing, sales and business unit/corporate strategy).

Lisa has experience in a variety of B2B and B2C industries including manufacturing, specialty chemicals, life sciences & healthcare, B2B services, household appliances, consumer goods, real estate and insurance. She has worked for Fortune 100 companies, mid-sized firms, start-ups, and non-profits. 

Prior to joining Deloitte, Lisa was a senior partner at Monitor Group (acquired by Deloitte in 2013) where she served clients with their organic growth needs and her fellow partners as a member of the firm’s board of directors. Prior to Monitor Group, Lisa was a managing director at Strategic Pricing Group (acquired by Monitor in 2005). 

Lisa has an MBA from Babson College (ranked as the #1 MBA program for Entrepreneurship 4 straight years) and a BA from Regis College. Lisa enjoys serving on nonprofit boards, doing volunteer work, reading, traveling and connecting people in her network. She lives in the Boston area with her husband and their children.
